Dave Duea, our founder and leader, is a military veteran with over 58 years of experience in the fire protection industry. Dave Duea entered the fire protection industry immediately after serving our country overseas in the military and has spent his entire career equipping the courageous. Dave has also led several industry organizations focused on improving the fire protection industry. FIRE ETC’s leadership team is made up of retired fire service professionals, retired Navy Special Warfare team members, former law enforcement officers and spouses of retired fire service professionals.

We believe in a higher calling--a greater purpose--and we strive to make a difference in the world—especially in Southern California.
